Pre-Paid Airport Parking
What are my parking options at the airport?
- Garage – Usually the most expensive; usually covered parking
- Park and Fly – Many airports provide this service that will pre-start/warm-up your car along with concierge services at a premium. Transfer typically via shuttle.
- Business Class Parking – Most airports have this. It is typically for shorter term travel (1-5 days) and is typically closer to the airport than long term parking. Transfer typically via shuttle.
- Long Term Parking (Economy) – Usually the farthest away from the airport. Transfer typically via shuttle

Are there any Valet services?
- No – due to security restrictions, there is no pick-up/drop-off car services available at all airports.
Luggage Fees and Information
Who charges luggage fees and how much do they charge?
- Each airline has its own policy. The only airline that does NOT charge luggage fees is Southwest Airlines. By checking in online prior to your travel, you can often save around $5 in luggage fees. Typical luggage fees run $20-25 for the first bag with escalating charges for additional luggage.
What are the weight limits/restrictions for my luggage?
- Typically the weight limit is 50 lbs. If your luggage is over that weight airlines will charge you a surcharge for the overweight fee.
How much luggage can I carry on the plane?
- You can carry one carry-on bag that must fit in the overhead compartment as well as a laptop bag/purse.
What can I NOT carry on the plane?

Why do I need to provide you my full name and date of birth?
- TSA requirements. They need to match the ID you provide to the ticketed name information before allowing you to board.

How long before my flight departs do I need to be at the airport?
- Domestic Flights – 11/2 hours
- International Flights – 21/2 hours
- You are also required to be at your boarding gate 30 minutes prior to your departure.
All-Inclusive versus European Plan
What is the difference between the two?
- All-Inclusive resorts mean just that – ALL INCLUSIVE. That means for one price your hotel stay, food, drinks (including alcohol), gratuities, and most activities (non-motorized) are included. European Plan is an ‘a la carte’ approach to your vacation – meals and beverages not included.
